Michael Lau Head of Projects, COllegiate UK

Michael joined Collegiate in April 2024 and is responsible for delivery of all new development and capital projects. Michael has over 10 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry and is also a Chartered Structural Engineer and a member of the Association for Project Management. He has previously held senior project and development management positions at Berkeley Group and the City of London Corporation, delivering major projects within the residential, BTR, commercial and retail sectors.
